    I thought the extensions were beautiful! The hair was silky and soft with rich, natural looking color. Although the set I chose did not ultimately work for my needs, the experience while working with customer care to complete a return was beyond compare, exceeding expectations.     Really happy with the quality of the hair and the clips. You won’t go wrong purchasing. It was my first time ordering from this brand (even though I’ve known of them since Mimi and Layla iykyk) and first time ordering a set online. Returns and exchanges appear easy but I didn’t need to do either. Packaging is lovely but I’m using my own storage.
