I thought the extensions were beautiful! The hair was silky and soft with rich, natural looking color. Although the set I chose did not ultimately work for my needs, the experience while working with customer care to complete a return was beyond compare, exceeding expectations. I LOVE my tape in extensions! The hair feels just like mine and the color was perfect. My hairstylist had never used this brand before but said she would recommend then to her clients and I’ve told numerous friends about them. They really are amazing I only wish my hair was a bit thicker so the tape wouldn’t show and Iwouldn’t feel them so much. I’ve had mine in for over a month and only lost 5 wefts out of 3 packages of hair and that’s me being a little rough on them without meaning too.
