Best vendor, best hair, 10 stars if I could. So easy to work with, communicative despite time differences, and I know I’m getting high quality hair. My last set made it about a year, and that was even with color changes, a bleach bath (or two) and cuts. Will never buy hair from anywhere else!

In a would of Ai it was refreshing to talk to and connect with a live person who was able to answer all my questions and give me the one on one attention I needed. Their customer service team was responsive and easy to work with; the agent shared several helpful videos showing exactly how to apply them. I feel much more confident using them now.
My hair came in today! Wow, that was fast! I love them so much. The hair feels finer much like my own hair. Whereas one of the complaints I have had with my unnamed permanent hair extensions is that the hair didn’t match my texture. It’s much coarser and over time as they age it becomes even more apparent. I’m so excited for these clips ins. Thank you again. I just had to share my excitement upon opening. The Super Remy Hair color is a perfect match and gorgeous! My Super Rem consultant was knowledgeable, very responsive and communicative and was spot on with her recommendation! I can already see that they even move like my own hair and not in a clump the way the unnamed permanent hair extensions do. I’m a big fan already!

I have to do some returns and they are so flexible and answer all my emails and instantly correct any little mishaps that happen I need my extension shipped by a certain day and they made it happen. They go above and beyond for their customers, which is where to find these days. The quality of their extension is unmatched. I have a previous set of extensions that I’ve had for over a year and they are still amazing condition. If you’re on the fence about the quality of the extensions don’t be. I’m a hair stylist and I work with many different brands of extensions. This is definitely top-tier. A lot of my coworkers also use it as well.
